Every Kanzi piece is hand-painted with care, one at a time. Because of the artisanal nature of the work, please read our policy carefully before ordering.
Custom & made-to-order pieces
Custom, bespoke, and made-to-order pieces are painted specifically for you and are non-returnable and non-refundable. If something is wrong with your order — a defect, damage in transit, or the wrong item — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
Ready-made pieces
For ready-made pieces bought from existing stock, we offer a 7-day inspection window from the date of delivery. If you'd like to return the piece, please notify us by email within those 7 days.
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the buyer.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please email us at kanzikreations@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
Exchanges on ready-made pieces are considered on a case-by-case basis within the 7-day window, subject to availability. Custom pieces cannot be exchanged.
Shipping, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged on arrival. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the piece or shipping price. If a parcel is refused at customs, any return shipping and re-import costs are deducted from the refund.
A note on hand-painted work
Because every piece is painted by hand, small variations in colour, brushwork, and finish are part of the character of the work — they are not defects. We consider these to be part of what makes each Kanzi piece one of a kind.
