African Queens
"A tribute to the strength that moves quietly, yet sustains everything."
Order from this collection
I grew up surrounded by women of strength and purpose — my mother, my sisters, my aunts — each carrying their world with quiet resilience.
Through my mother's work in agricultural exports, I was introduced to farming communities where a different story unfolded. While men came into town to conduct business, it was the women on the land who sustained it — tilling the soil, fetching water, gathering firewood, and still nurturing their families.
I watched them in awe. Their strength was quiet, yet unwavering. Their grace, effortless.
This collection is an ode to those women — the unseen force behind thriving homes, communities, and fields. Women who give endlessly, endure silently, and in doing so, help feed a nation.
